"FEMM Amsterdam is the artistic offspring of Femm (1990, Albergen), a designer with a fascination for the beauty and power of colour. She effortlessly translates this fascination into designs that captivate attention with their intense energy and never let go, instantly making everyday life shine so much brighter.

For five years, Femm worked as a multidisciplinary stylist for international clients and magazines. Her impeccable sense of colour, lines, and composition manifested in unexpected designs and aesthetic images. Leftover scraps of paper from photoshoots often found their way home with her, where they slowly accumulated. Since 2020, this unique collection has become the starting point for her own visual exploration.

Every design she creates is a unique reflection of the love Femm has for her surroundings. It doesn't matter where she is; every setting fuels her creativity, from the bustling cityscape with dizzyingly tall buildings to the enchanting shades of a sunrise or sunset. Her distinctive artworks reflect an inner experience brimming with positive energy and a wealth of colour. With warm yellow or peach, striking shades of light blue, and invigorating mint green, Femm hopes to bring a splash of hope, preferably to the entire world, but at the very least to the spaces where her art finds its place."
